Private Events

SPRA is a great place to host a special event.  Members and non-members may rent our facility.  Non-member cost is slightly higher.  Rates are determined prior to the beginning of the season.  Private parties renting SPRA after the pool has closed for normal business hours are required to pay for a manager’s time.  In addition to the manager, two lifeguards are required for the first 50 guests with each additional 50 guests requiring an additional guard.  Parties anticipating 150 people or more will contract the services of 5 guards and a manager.  Parties scheduled during normal pool operating hours will be limited to guest lists of no more than 30 non-members.  Guest lists must be submitted to the front desk staff prior to the event so that they may allow guests to enter the pool.  Attending a party at SPRA does not count toward the six seasonal visits described in the guest policy.  The guest fee will be charged for non-member guests including non-swimmers.

To schedule an event at SPRA, please ask the pool manager to provide you with the name and phone number of the SPRA Social Activities board member.  The board member will provide you with information on available dates and current rental fees, and send you a rental contract, which must be signed and returned prior to the event.
